WHAT ARE TEENAGERS PROBLEMS?

Pubers are becoming difficult to deal with, specially when they have problems. So ways to detect their problems, or help the puber solve the problem, are easy. The most common problems are: Stress, low self-steem, depression, and anger. Each of one is very serious. Stress is when you are frustrated or nervous because of a moment in the present. While depression is when a person is centrated in their past, in what they did, in what they didn’t do. Anxiety is when you are thinking in the future, what can happen then.

Anger is another problem very serious is anger, known as intermittent explosive disorder. It can appears at 12 years old, but scientists aren’t sure if it can continues in adults. Although a study they made reveals that 7.2% of adults had problems with the characteristics of IED (intermittent explosive disorder). 1 of 12 teenagers have IED. This is the disorder most common but less studied.
“There is a contrast between how common the disorder is and how much we know about it” Said Katie McLaughlin, psychologist from epidemiological psychiatric clinic. This disorder means when a person gets angry very fast, and then regrets. Or it can happens the same with sadness By an interview to a psychologist, Ana María Castañeda, bullying and cyberbullying are serious. There are three people: The bully, the victim and the public. The bully annoys psychologically or physically the victim. That victim can take it like: “I don’t matter what he/she says” Or like: “Is that true? Am I ugly? Am I fat? Am I what he/she says? I am the worst person in the world!” The public what can do is A. I can say to the bully to stop. Or B. I’m afraid to say him/her to stop, because I can be the next victim.
Another interview to a psychologist, Poliana Gamarra, pandemic also can affect them,  because they want socializing. “They feel very limited because they don’t have a parent-free-zone” She said.

Also, they think they can't socialize physically with their friends, can't join. They mostly think they can think it is bad idea to stay closed. Because humans are social, it is important for us to live, and maybe for someones not so much as others, but being in their houses is also important, to take care of ourselves from Covid-19.
