What are the characteristics, stages, and changes of mature?

There are hormones that appear in teenagers and puberty. Those hormones allow you to grow, but also, to have emotional changes. Some characteristics of puberty, is that it starts between 10 and 19 years old. Teenagers and pubers might have physical changes. Some of them bother the kids who are passing by that. 

 
Some examples are:

They have also changes in moods, like low self-steem. Or stress. They can become egocentric and disrespectful with their family. Some of them can have depression.

This changes are divided in two parts, physical, and emotional. We know the physical changes, but the emotional not yet. 

  • Different ways of analyzing life problems

  • Don’t accept too easy what adults say

  • Friends are more important than family

  • Feel attraction by other people

Emotional changes start also in 10 to 19 years. There are 5 stages to know kids are in puberty:

Stage 1: Prepubertal, there are no changes
Stage 2: Boys: Changes in their private parts. Corporal smell. Girls: Growing of breasts, corporal smell, growing up suddenly.
Stage 3: Boys: Changes in their private parts. growing of hair in arms or legs. Girls: rowing up of breast. Growing of hair in arms or legs, and it gets darker.
Stage 4: Boys: Continue the changes in their private parts, and the color changes. Growing up suddenly. Pubic hair changes. Girls: start menarche and their menstruation. Changes in their breasts.
Stage 5: The same for boys and girls: Totally adults and mature. Growing up gets slower and then it stops suddenly. Pubic hair extends until thighs.
